Option Product

      With the customer’s convenience always in mind, we provides a variety of additional options such as coating, hot stamping, embossing and window patching to add value and strength to packaging.

• Coating
  We provide the various kinds of coating; gloss varnish, matt varnish, UV varnish, plastic film lamination, pearl coating, glitter coating, to fulfill package’s character and make the package more attractive. The varnish that the company uses is non-polluting, safe to the health and odorless, so it can be used for food packaging. In addition to these coatings, we provide the antifreeze coating for the chilled or frozen products and the oil resistance coating for the oily products.
  

• Hot stamp and embossed hot stamp
  We have the hot stamp process and also printing any colors on embossed hot stamp to add value and strength to packaging and to make the packaging more attractive.
  

• Embossing
  To emphasize specific area such as logo, brand name, etc, we can provide the embossing option for customer’s packaging.

• Window Patching
  Some products that need to be seen, we have the window patcher machine which is capable of attaching many types of plastic such as PVC, PE, PET without wrinkled lines.
