Moreover, the employees shall strive to gain the knowledge as much as possible and continuously develop themselves in both their own responsibility and other tasks in the company.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and improve the manufacturing process and procedure
• Design and develop production technology
• Improve layout design process and manage waste and loss
in production
• Implement and maintain policy and activity-related
to international standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Packaging Technology
• GPA 2.70 points up
• Experience 0-2 years in Engineering or Printing functions
(new graduates are also welcome)
• Proficient in MS Office, Solid work will be advantage
• English proficiency with TOEIC score 450 points up
• Energetic, systematic thinking, good team player,
interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure
